Three stages of manufacturing depth.

Sanjin’s capabilities developed through successive layers of ceramic packaging, precision metal stamping, and advanced hermetic packaging.

1997

An engineering-led start in ceramic packaging

Sanjin was founded in March 1997 by Chairman Lihua Ning, a veteran engineer, together with his daughters and a founding team of technical specialists. The company’s earliest work focused on black ceramic packaging components, establishing an early foundation in materials, tooling, and process discipline.

2000s

Precision stamping becomes a production strength

As electronics manufacturing accelerated in the early 2000s, Sanjin applied its micro-stamping and tooling expertise to specialized crystal oscillator lids. Continuous tooling improvement helped the company move from technical development into stable, high-volume production of precision metal components.

2020

Hermetic packaging becomes the next platform

In 2020, Sanjin extended its experience in materials, tooling, and precision manufacturing into advanced hermetic packaging. This work supports applications that demand thermal control, airtight sealing, and structural reliability in challenging operating environments.

The principles behind our manufacturing culture.

Precision manufacturing is not only a matter of machines. It is sustained by ownership, continuity, and long-term responsibility.

Process ownership

Critical tooling, fixtures, and process knowledge stay close to production, so engineering intent can become repeatable manufacturing practice.

People continuity

Stable teams preserve the experience behind each approved process, helping customers receive consistent parts across long-term programs.

Responsible growth

Certified systems, ethical operations, and disciplined investment support cleaner, more reliable, and more accountable manufacturing.

The operating culture behind long-term reliability.

Sanjin’s reliability is shaped by engineering practice, demanding customer programs, stable teams, and responsible manufacturing systems.

Engineering close to production.

Sanjin’s engineers work directly with production equipment, tooling, fixtures, and process controls. This keeps engineering intent close to the conditions that determine repeatable manufacturing.

In the lab, teams validate new molding materials for improved thermal dissipation while studying shrinkage behavior caused by different material combinations and heat-management conditions.

Process knowledge is built where design, materials, and production meet.

Working within demanding supply chains.

Long-term manufacturing trust is earned through stable performance, transparent communication, and the ability to meet demanding customer requirements over time.

Sanjin’s experience with leading electronics manufacturers, including NDK, has shaped a practical culture of audit readiness, process discipline, and continuous improvement.

Customer trust becomes durable when every approved process can be repeated.

Stability that carries into production.

Precision manufacturing depends on people who understand the details behind approved tools, materials, and process windows.

Sanjin’s long-serving technicians and engineers help preserve the experience behind each program, supporting consistency across long-term production and customer relationships.

Stable teams help turn manufacturing knowledge into repeatable quality.
Sanjin team culture and responsible operations

Sustainable manufacturing for long-term trust.

Sanjin continues to improve certified quality systems, environmental management, materials handling, and disciplined operations so customers can build long-term programs with confidence.

Ethical operations Transparent communication, respect for customer requirements, and disciplined protection of technical and commercial information.

Environmental management Continued improvement in wastewater treatment, energy use, and process controls under ISO 14001-aligned management.

Continuous improvement Quality, safety, and environmental performance treated as ongoing operating responsibilities, not one-time certifications.

Trusted across demanding electronics supply chains.

Sanjin’s manufacturing experience supports long-term programs with global electronics, semiconductor, sensing, and photonics companies.
