Manufacturing & Engineering

What are your core manufacturing capabilities and facility structures?

We operate a vertically integrated manufacturing model, offering end-to-end solutions from precision hardware to advanced semiconductor packaging:

  • Nanping HQ (Precision Hardware): Equipped with high-speed automated lines for micron-level precision stamping, producing leadframes, lids, and complex housings.
  • Fuzhou Advanced Facility (R&D): This facility specializes in high-power plastic packaging, alongside our continuous R&D in Glass-to-Metal Seal (GTMS) and complex Ceramic PCBs for extreme thermal management.

What industries typically utilize your GTMS and Ceramic solutions?

Our components are engineered for absolute hermeticity and thermal stability in extreme environments. Primary applications include aerospace, high-voltage EV powertrains, vacuum devices, and chemical sensing infrastructure.

Co-Development & IP Protection

How do you handle proprietary CAD files and engineering drawings?

Protecting your intellectual property is our baseline. We execute strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to any initial technical evaluation or CAD file exchange. While general datasheets are available publicly, proprietary tooling blueprints and restricted specifications are strictly gated and shared only via secure engineering channels.

Do you support ODM/OEM customization and consigned materials?

Yes. We provide full-spectrum "Build-to-Print" and co-development services. We seamlessly integrate with your supply chain, whether that involves sourcing highly specific Kovar alloys or utilizing customer-supplied (consigned) materials for specialized thermal matching.

Supply Chain & Logistics

What are your standard MOQs and Production Lead Times?

  • MOQ: Standard components are dictated by Minimum Pack Quantity (SPQ). Custom protocols are evaluated based on NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) and tooling requirements.
  • Lead Times: In-stock inventory dispatches within 7-14 business days. Custom mass-production runs typically require 4-8 weeks, contingent on material cycles and mold fabrication.

How are international freight and physical samples handled?

We provide initial evaluation samples free of charge to qualified corporate clients. International logistics are expedited via DHL or FedEx. We fully support Freight Collect using your corporate courier accounts.

What payment terms are available for corporate partners?

Initial project tooling and first-article runs typically require 50%-100% advance T/T. Upon successful delivery and the establishment of a stable partnership, we offer flexible credit terms, including Net 90 days, subject to standard financial underwriting.

Quality & Audit Protocols

What quality frameworks and environmental standards do you adhere to?

We are a certified National High-Tech Enterprise operating strictly under IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive) and ISO 9001:2015. All components and raw materials are 100% globally compliant with RoHS and REACH standards.

Do you provide PPAP and FAI documentation for new components?

Absolutely. Mass production is never assumed; it is validated. We provide comprehensive First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and full Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages prior to high-volume ramp-up.

What is your protocol for handling non-conforming products?

We operate on a zero-defect mandate, backed by a structured RMA process. Any discrepancies require a formal QC report from the client. For critical deviations, our engineering team executes formal 8D (Eight Disciplines) root-cause analysis and implements immediate corrective actions.
