What customers can expect
- One commercial contact, with internal support. Customers do not need to coordinate with every department directly. Commercial teams receive the request and bring in engineering, quality, production, or site teams when needed.
- Technical questions are reviewed by engineering. Drawings, special requirements, materials, tolerances, and process concerns are reviewed with engineering support before production decisions are made.
- Nanping and Fuzhou are coordinated under one system. Work may be assigned by product type, process need, capacity, or project stage, while coordination remains under the same management and ERP structure.
- Documents and records are controlled. Customer files, internal execution documents, production records, and inspection information are managed with department-based permissions.
How a request moves inside Sanjin
Customer information is received, reviewed, converted into internal execution documents, and then assigned to the right site or team.
Customer request
Drawings, requirements, quantity, delivery needs, or technical questions are received.
Commercial intake
